Ricardo Bazan, P.E.
Ricardo Bazan is a licensed Civil Engineer in California. His experience includes all types of development, redevelopment and public improvements throughout California. He supervises the preparation of entitlement and construction documents, as well as manages construction projects. His attention to detail and the quality of his work has earned him a reputation as an outstanding Civil Engineer with a clear understanding of what takes to develop in California. Ricardo has served many clients, including Residential and Commercial Developers, Municipalities, School Districts, General Contractors and Law Firms, to name a few. Ricardo received his Bachelor in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, with an emphasis in Transportation and Geo-technical Engineering. Prior to joining Banell Development, Ricardo worked as a Senior Civil Engineer at Stuart Engineering in San Diego, and as an Engineering Technician at Pacific Gas & Electric Company, in San Jose. On his free time he enjoys mountain biking and camping.
